Capabilities
Multi-Discipline Manufacturing is the process of utilizing 2 or more processes. Small, detailed components can be a strong candidate for hybrid manufacturing since they are small and require EDM and machining. The small components can be laid out in a matrix within a blank that is then transferred from one machine to another. At the final operation, the product is then singulated from the blank.
Either through conventional machining or hybrid manufacturing E2E allows you to benefit from both processes within the same factory.
